Rules & fee transparency

## Rounds

  • -Each round lasts one hour. Submissions and voting run at the same time, all hour long.
  • -When the hour ends, the most-voted idea is launched automatically and a fresh round begins.
  • -Submitted content is locked once voting begins and cannot be edited.
  • -Each wallet may submit up to 3 ideas per round.

## Voting

  • -You must sign a message with your wallet to vote. No transaction or payment is ever requested.
  • -One active vote per wallet per round. You can move your vote until voting closes.
  • -Votes are counted on the server and enforced by database constraints.
  • -Wallet-based voting cannot guarantee one vote per human. Obvious manipulation may lead to disqualification.

## Eligibility & tie-break

  • -Only ideas approved for the round's voting are eligible.
  • -Ideas must be original or used with permission, legal, and must not impersonate existing projects or people.
  • -When the hour ends, the highest-voted eligible idea is launched automatically.
  • -Ties are broken in favour of the idea submitted earliest.
  • -The admin may disqualify ideas that break these rules, even after launch.

## The 50% creator fee share

  • -If your idea wins and launches, your submitting wallet receives 50% of the creator fees actually received by the launched project.
  • -This is not 50% of trading volume, and not 50% of all trading fees — only the creator fees the project actually receives.
  • -Fee receipts and payouts are recorded by the admin with on-chain transaction references, shown publicly on the project page.
  • -Payouts are not automatic. They're sent manually to the owner wallet that submitted the idea.
